REQUIRED
Deepak Foundation, a corporate social responsibility of Deepak Group of Companies, was set up in 1982. The Foundation has now evolved into a leading non-profit civil society organization in Gujarat and has expanded services with branches in Pune, Roha and Taloja in Maharashtra and Hyderabad in Andhra Pradesh and New Delhi.

The Foundation is looking for a motivated and committed staff for the post of Livelihood Coordinator.

Location: Vadodara.

Qualification: MBA in Rural Management/ Master of Rural Management/ Master of Social Work

Experience: 4 -5 years of experience in livelihoods/ natural resource management/ agriculture and allied sectors

Role & Responsibilities:
• Proposal writing
• Project planning & implementation
• Project monitoring and reporting

The Candidate should have:
• Strong documentation ( in English & Gujarati) and computer skills
• Willingness to travel extensively

Taking this vision forward, HomeNet South Asia works in five thematic areas for homebased workers namely - Visibility,
Capability, Security, Mobility & Connectivity.

HomeNet South Asia (HNSA) is dealing in informal economy, especially related to Homebased workers in South Asian Countries (Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan & Sri Lanka). It has been working with Local Organizations, MBOs, NGOs, Unions, Co-operatives, Research Organizations, etc in South Asian Countries. The Programmes implemented by HNSA are need based, supported with survey and research.

Job Description :
Job Purpose: Streamline and ensure proper financial system in the organisation

Job Responsibilities:
• Make the budget for the project (s)
• Make budget for HNSA Liaison office and Mauritius office in consultation with respective Programme Team
• Responsible for making transfer from Mauritius to country HomeNets
• Coordination with Mauritius office for all the transfers
• Coordination with Trustees and Financial committee for the signature on resolution (s)
• Responsible in coordinating and organising Financial Committee meeting
• Review and analyze expenditure versus budget every monthly
• Fund flow and cash analyses should be forecasted
• Responsible for making all the financial report as per project (s)
• Prepare quarterly and six monthly financial reports
• Clarify funders query on financial reporting in coordination with Accounts Manager
• Responsible and ensure the implementation of proper financial system in the organisations and country HomeNets
• Manage and coordinate the contracts made for the stationed office
• For the contracts and purchases; coordinate with the Purchase committee and make the final papers of approval. Ensure the operating in accordance with terms of contracts.
• Shall be closely working with Administrative Executive for administrative affairs
• Shall be responsible for all the logistics for workshops, meetings or any event
• Visits to be taken local, national and International as and when required.
• Monitoring visits to the country HomeNets

General:
• Closely working with Accounts Manager and Administrative Executive
• Over and above, as and when required will have to undertake the task and responsibility given by office. In general, would coordinate and consult Finance Consultant and Financial Committee as and when required
• For all the above responsibilities consult Financial Consultant and report to Regional Coordinator.

Candidate Profile & Experience Range:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience
• Experience of working in Development Sector in the same capacity will be given first preference.
• Degree – Masters in Finance. M.com
• Excellent Communication Skills required.
• Willingness to travel – Local, National, International

Industrial visit at Mundra SEZ on 13th-14th Nov, 2013


Chaudhari Technical Institute -MBA, Gandhinagar had organized Industrial visit at Mundra Port on 13th-14th November 2013
It was wonderful trip for edutainment (education + entertainment) program.

On 13th Nov, Student had visited Adani Wilmar Ltd(Edibll oil) company, Adani port. Student had enjoyed night cultural program and sent night in Shanti Vihar.

On 14th Nov day start with Yoga, laughing session and visited Adani West Poet and Adani Power ltd. Really that was wonderful Trip to visit MUNDRA SEZ for all MBA and  MAM student for best industrial exposure.

CTI MBA College regularly arranging industrial visit for the industrial interaction of the students. This would help them to improve their education learning in Management program.

CTI Mba Gandhinagarhad already visted 108 management service, Vibrant Gujarat events, Mundra SEZ, Amul Dairy, Akshay Patra foundation, Kalptaru power trans..Etc.
