Position Name: Management Trainee – FPD
(Financial Product Distribution)
Job Description:
Ø Client Acquisition and maintaining client
relationship.
Ø Being a part of large distribution network (branches)
for selling third party financial products like mutual funds, insurance, bonds,
etc.
Ø Responsible for Lead generation & converting
prospects customers to Sourcing Home Loan / Loan Against
property business through references from the new & existing
customers.
Ø Responsible for the complete documentation &
coordinating with credit team for sanction & disbursement of
Home Loan / Loan Against property
Ø Responsible for growing the business & increasing
profitability of the branch
Ø Organizing Sales and Brand promotion activities.
Ø Training support would be provided for the financial
products
Ø Preparing Business Reports & MIS
Profile Requirement:
Ø MBA/PGDBM or equivalent candidates with Marketing /
Finance specialization
Ø Candidates with zeal to excel in Financial Industry
Ø Pleasing personality with good communication &
interpersonal skills
Ø Knowledge of the financial industry would be an
advantage

Compensation :
1.8 LPA fixed CTC + Incentives
Probation
